This past weekend, our members headed camping for an unforgettable spring retreat rooted in connection and creativity.

From pedal boating, fishing, swimming, and basketball to poetry, painting, and reflections on love & rage, the weekend gave everyone space to recharge, express themselves, and spend uninterrupted quality time together.

The fun kept going with karaoke, talent shows, trivia challenges, and capture the flag - all leading up to an epic 90s-themed party complete with sweet treats, games, and throwback music. 💿

Our gala is called Voices for a reason. 🤍

One of the most powerful moments of the evening came from the voices of our young people themselves.

Before performing their beautiful rendition of “Stand By Me,” our youth members Ariendy and Amaia shared: “This song is about friendship and community – it reminds us of how safe and supported we feel at BroSis every day.”

Joined by Frank Antonio López - a proud alum who now supports the next generation as our Arts Coordinator - they reminded everyone in the room that when we champion young people, their futures brighten.

We’re so grateful to our young people for sharing their talent and hearts with our community.
