This week, the entire BroSis team was fortunate to be in conversation with our Co-Vice Chair of BroSis Board of Directors, Dr. @farahjgriffinbooks. Through her deep expertise as a University Professor at Columbia University, and the inaugural Chair of the African American and African Diaspora Studies, she guided us to think about two timely questions:

1) What does it mean to seek out beautiful freedom in this moment?
2) What do our history and our traditions tell us?

Our staff left the space reflecting on ways in which we can continue to move our work forward, and how history can shape our thinking. Thank you, Farah, for sharing your time, advice, and perspective with us!
