My name is Andy Chonoles, and, as you probably know by now, I am deeply passionate about ultra-distance cycling, especially when my riding can help raise funds for a great cause. On Saturday, May 17th, 2025, I will be participating in the Davis Double, a 200 mile one day bike ride/race beginning and ending in Davis, CA. This year, I decided to take on this challenging and long ride while supporting an organization near and dear to me, The Brotherhood Sister Sol. For 30 years, The Brotherhood Sister Sol has been at the forefront of social justice, educating, organizing, and training to challenge inequity and champion opportunity for all. It is more critical than ever, that in light of the challenges we and other non-profits face with the reduction of available governmental and quasi-governmental funding, that each of you find it in your heart to materially aid the organization so it can continue to carry out its mission successfully, and impact so many in such a positive manner. I hope to raise $20,000 and hope you can support me.
