Jordan Bedford is a full time Culinary Team Member.  She is a native Bronx resident. Before joining BroSis, Jordan worked as a pastry cook at the Greenwich Hotel, Locanda Verde and Make My Cake in New York City.  In addition to her role at BorSis, Jordan also enjoys teaching cooking classes.  Jordan is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with a specialization in Baking and Pastry Arts.
