Ana is a mission-driven administrative professional and a proud Harlem native who brings both lived experience and academic insight to her role at The Brotherhood Sister Sol. As a first-generation immigrant and bi-lingual Spanish speaker, she is deeply committed to supporting community-centered organizations that dismantle systemic barriers and create equitable opportunities for NYC youth. 

Ana holds a B.A. in Sociology from Lehman College, where her studies concentrated on the intersections of education and inequality. This academic foundation, paired with her professional background in operations, allows her to contribute to building systems and collaborative environments necessary for mission-driven initiatives to thrive. 

Ana is particularly passionate about advancing efforts that address inequities in education. She is excited to contribute to the BroSis mission of investing in young people’s leadership, growth, and collective power as they claim their history and build the future they want to see.
