Trevor Walsh

Brotherhood Chapter Leader

Trevor Walsh is an alum of The Brotherhood Sister Sol Rites of Passage Program as well as BroSis’ International Study Program to Brazil and Ghana. In 2018, Trevor graduated from Thurgood Marshall Academy for Learning and Social Change, located in BroSis’ home community of Harlem. Alongside pursuing higher education at Monroe College, he found himself interested in the workforce and retail management. Trevor became a Manager for Footlocker Inc. As a manager, his locations received various awards as Store of the Year and Store of the Quarter. Within this role he promoted many employees, coached many teams, all while maintaining high volume sales at various locations. Trevor has become a distinguished alum of BroSis – he was  a keynote speaker at the organization’s Voices Gala in 2018, and he and BroSis were covered by the New York Times; has done assorted news interviews; was among our youngest donors at the age of 18; and has twice ran the NYC Marathon as a part of the BroSis team, including serving as captain of the team.  Trevor has previously worked part time at BroSis as a youth worker, and in September of 2023 he fulfilled a long time goal and was hired full time as a Brotherhood Chapter Leader. He will be co-facilitating a chapter at Community Health Academy and at his alma mater high school Thurgood Marshall Academy.
