College & Career Facilitator
Quanasa Wright is a born and raised New Yorker, and first-generation college graduate. She earned her Masters of Social Work from Columbia University earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Hunter College.
She has interned for the Children’s Aid Society as a success mentor who implemented strategies to improve chronic absenteeism. She also interned at Bro/Sis where she assisted high school seniors with the college application process and prepared juniors for their final years of high school.
Quanasa’s passion for youth-related work began as a teenager when she volunteered at an after school program at Presbyterian Senior Services as a tutor. She has been devoted to become a part of the change she would like to see in her community ever since.
