Melvin Wright Jr., is an alumnus of The Brotherhood Sister Sol and attributes his interpersonal and leadership skills to his years participating in the organization’s Rites of Passage Program. There is not a day that passes without Melvin telling someone about his experience as a youth member and he is honored to return as a full time staff member. Melvin has worked in multiple retail, maintenance, and warehouse roles over several years, most recently at Home Depot.
