Stephan Douglas-Allen
College Facilitator
BroSis Alum ’14, employee since ’26
Most recently, Stephan served as an Admissions Officer for Cornell’s SC Johnson School of Business. In that role, he managed complex admissions systems, conducted holistic candidate reviews, and collaborated deeply with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to ensure equity and access for underrepresented students.
Beyond admissions, Stephan has served as a vital mentor and resource for graduate students—guiding them through academic decisions, career exploration, and personal growth. His ability to balance structure with empathy, combined with his academic training in program design and equity & inclusion, makes him uniquely qualified to guide our members on their future pathways.
Stephan has a Master’s in Public Administration from Cornell University, with a concentration in Public and Non-Profit Management.
Having grown up in BroSis, he attributes his sense of leadership, community, and accountability to the structure, love, and empowerment he experienced here. He returned in a role dedicated to providing the same transformative foundation for the next generation of our youth.
